10 -11 July - Spartans in Grand Finals

The Spartans FC working hard this days and prepare to the Grand Finals which take place in Surrey Sports Park in Guildford on Saturday 10 July is the group stage starting at 10am and finish at 8:30pm. Sunday 11 July at 12pm, 2 winners of the groups meet in a final.

 All Spartans supporters, and all fans of this beautiful game are welcome. The Groups:In our Group we will meet with Team United Birmingham, Manchester Futsal Club

SPARTANS FC WINNER OF NLS

BIG GAME, BIG WIN

  9:4  

Today SPARTANS FC won against our biggest rival Helvecia 9:4. Very good presentation of this  nice game and finally lots of supporters from both side. Thanks all this peoples in a sports hall who created the proper futsal atmosphere.

From our site we start with defensive tactic and wait on our half. Helvecia scored early goal after our mistake but we hit them back shortly with nice goal of Ricardo Ferreira. Then again as a last week Radovan Francisty scored two quick goals and we were in lead 3:1. Till the half time we scored one more by Sergio Raul 4:1.

Second half we start well and the score went up to 9:1 after the goals of Bruno Ferrage, Radovan Francisty, Bruno Vitorino 2x, and Hugo Costa. Helvecia started play with flying keeper but we were prepared to this and played well in defence.

In the end of the game Helvecia scored  3 times but this didn t change nothing and SPARTANS won 9:4 and become the champions of the National League South.

GENESIS - SPARTANS FC  2:9 (0:7)

Today Spartans won 3 points, scored 9 nice goals, and before the big match against Helvecia next Sunday we are top of the league 1 point in front or biggest rival. The first half we start with two quick goals from Radovan Francisty and after we controlled the game and scored 5 more. We missed few 100% chances so the goal difference could be bigger. Second half our opponent start well and scored, but then again we controlled game scored 2 goals and in the end we celebrated our won 9:2

SPARTANS beat BRENTFORT today 17:2 (10:1) 2x Eduardo Bresolin, 2x Hugo Cost, 2x Bruno Ferrage, 3x Radovan Francisty, 3x Spiro Sousa, 3x Bruno Vitorino. It is very difficult write something about this game because the home site is the last team in the league and we control the game from the start to the end in a training tempo. Today also played other teams and very interesting result: BALTIC FC - HELVECIA FC 5:3 so we have 4 points more and are on the top of the League. BALTIC show that they are strong site and it is not easy to beat them.

Spartans beat Enfield 11:2 and together with Helvecia FC as a first teams in England secured place in play off 3 matches before end of the National League South. Last 3 games we will work to improve our play to get ready for a play off. We are looking forward especially to the last game against Helvecia.

(26.4.2010) Yesterday Spartans beat Baltic 6:5 again we created lots of scoring opportunities but were not able to score and because of this the game was open till the end. We deserve the win and know what we need to improve, Now we have 2 weeks off so we can work hard to be better and ready for the play off.

LONDON UNITED 2:2 SPARTANS FC

(18.4.2010) Today we played against London United again. We draw 2:2 and lost 2 points. Our play were better as last time, we moved quite well, combination was good and we showed our tactics from corners and kick off. Only what we missed were the most important goals, however the opponent keeper had his day and did few magic saves, he was the man of the match . This game showed us that we should continue work more harder and concentrate every single minute on our game. It is better that this happened now and we have time to learn from our mistakes and improve our game.

Today Spartans beat London United 7:3 and fix the first position in Southern National League, We knew it will be not easy game and half time finish 2:2, the second half we have better and scored 5 nice goals. Next game is on Sunday 18th April against the same opponent.

Today we played against Helvecia last UK champion and we showed ourself and the others that we are on correct way, we played well and were better in all game aspects, we missed lots of chances Halevecia can thanks their keeper who was their man of the match. It was tough game great presentation of the Futsal and I think both sides wish to play more games like this because only like this we can improve the level of Futsal in UK.

MATCH REPORT

The best match until now on this southern Futsal league ,no doubt the best two teams.They show why they are in the first two positions on the table.
The Spartans team continous it's evolution and this game is only one more step.Once again we shew a good defence cordenation with fast and good transitions, but we failed at the moment of the true... ofcourse for that their keeper contributed ..ALOT. We dominated all the futsal items of the match with some quality,but one more time the final result shew that for us to win we dont only need to play well,but we also need to have that lucky moments on our side.This was showened by helvecia first goal ...IncredibleThe final result was unfair for us,but we continue at the top and that's is the most important ...For now.

 I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and that you enjoy your New Year celebrations.

Christmas is one of the busiest times in the football calendar, but this is not the case for futsal. There is a big gap between training sessions and the start of the season - about two weeks – which may not be very good. However, we’re not complaining, we are relishing each test and working as hard as we possibly can to move away from last year’s position.

Last year it was difficult for our club FC White Bear – USSR. We made lots of changes......more

Spartans , welcome to the new year 2010 and to a new sports seasson which i hope has success.Like you all know the snow has gave us some trouble with our preparation , but its with great satisfaction that i see everyone with a fantastic attitude.All of you know my vision of Futsal and the way i look at it and the most important thing you need to know is that the seasson's are to be won inside the pitch and to win the National south league we have along way to overcome.Winning game to game is the chalange i bring up upon you , and that i bring up upon myself, with team spirit and humbleness.I ask that you are fearless , that you always have the corage of overcoming yourselves.Being a SPARTAN is not at everyones reach , but at the reach of the ones i choose.Know how to lose with dignity when you have to, but never lose your humbleness at the winning moment.I will always be by your side ... Spartans beat Baltic 5:1

Spartans enter the new seasson with a win.

The match had two difrent parts.

In the first half the team was anxious and couldnt show all there potencial, the fact that we reach the 5 foults so early limited our way to play.

We play more with the heart rather than our mind and because of that we missed to much passes.

In the second half we were more consistent in all aspects of the game.

The team was more concentrated even thoughn they didnt play a brilliant mach the victory is in-questionable.
